Hey girls, today's post is an eye makeup tutorial specially for all those who adore neutral shades. This is a Brown smokey eye makeup tutorial that can worn during the day or for a dinner. Generally, brown smokey eye makeup suits all skin tones and tends to bring out the hue in dark brown eyes. This look is subtle and bold at the same time. I tried to spice up this look by adding a tint of green to the lower corner of the eye. I hope you'll like it.

So lets begin..................
  • Prep your eyes with a hydrating under eye cream followed by a concealer and powder to set the base.  Fill your brows with a shade that looks natural & doesn't make you look like a zombie. I have used Rimmel eyebrow pencil.

Now follow the steps to achieve the look.
  1. Apply a dark brown eye shadow to your eyelids.
  2. Add a chocolate brown shade onto the crease and blend both using a blending brush.
  3. Take the chocolate brown shade a little above the crease while blending but remember not to apply it on the brow bone.
  4. After doing so highlight your brow bone using a light pearly shade.

Apply black eyeliner and kohl/kajal. Brown smokey eye makeup tutorial.
  •  Now line your eyes with a black pencil liner and simultaneously also tight line your eyes with a black kohl extending slightly on the lower lash line. I am wearing Kajal Magique from L'Oreal Paris- Read review on my rim.
Smudge the black liner, you can also use a cotton bud to smudge.Brown smokey eye makeup tutorial.

That's how it looks on smudging the black eyeliner.Brown smokey eye makeup tutorial.
  • Once you are done lining your eyes smudge the liner to smoke up the look and apply a dash of chocolate brown eyeshadow on the lower lash line to soften the entire eye makeup.
  • Here comes the fun part......apply a bottle green pencil or green eye shadow to the lower corner of the eyes to make the eyes pop. However, you can also skip this part. Finish the entire look with 2 thick coats of mascara and you are ready.
Have a look at the pictures of the completed look.

You'll find the eye makeup a little too shimmer in certain photographs that's mainly because of the lighting.
