Lakme 9 to 5 lipstick!......Roseate Motive.

Hey girlz! how are you doing? Hopefully great. Today I am reviewing a lipstick from the Lakme 9 to 5 range. It's a beautiful matte, deep coral shade that has been created keeping the Indian skin tone in mind. But does it live up to it's claims??? To find out you gotta keep reading!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT-
This lipstick Roseate Motive from the Lakme 9 to 5 range come's in a sleek plastic like rose gold covering, packed in a carton that is of the same size of the lipstick with the series title engraved on the shiny case. I hardly have any coral lipsticks so I thought of getting one from this range and honestly it has turned out be one of my best buys. The shade is awesome with fine shimmers and suits really well. It gives a subtle look to the face which is lovely. Roseate Motive has a nice fragrance to it which is not at all over whelming. Talking about the texture......it's smooth and soft. It feels gentle on lips though a tad drying, by this i don't mean flaky but yes after a while it does slightly dehydrates lips. However, this part can be tackled with a lip-balm.
Further more, Roseate Motive is superbly pigmented and the color pay off is commendable. Since the wearing time is not so great, between 4-5 hours, Hence, it's not entitled to be a 9 to 5 lipstick at all.
Before I finish let me tell you, Roseate Motive being matte is non-transferable, doesn't feather plus doesn't set up it's house into fine lines.

HOW DO I USE THIS PRODUCT?
I apply this lipstick on clean lips and reapply if required. I don't use a lip liner but you certainly can.

2. Beautiful shade.
3. Rich pigmentation.
4. Doesn't become patchy.
5. Doesn't settle into fine lines.
6. Hassle free application.
7. Glides smoothly onto lips.
8. Texture is creamy, however the lipstick is matte.
9. Non-transferable. 

CONS

1. Drys lips.
2. Doesn't last for 8 hours, as the company claims.
3. Re-touch required after meals and kissing!

 TIPS

• If Roseate Motive by Lakme 9 to 5  tends to dry out your lips make sure to apply a lip balm.
